Scott Weiland, the Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver singer, has pleaded not guilty on Wedesday to driving under the influence of drugs. Weiland was arrested Nov. 21 after he crashed his car on a state highway.
Since the singer has a previous DUI conviction in 2004 he could reveive anywhere from eight days to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted. His next court appearance is set for April 4 for a pretrial hearing.
