DUI suspect arrested after vehicle hits Hub building

A San Anselmo man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving Sunday after the vehicle he was driving struck a building at the Hub intersection in San Anselmo.
Alexander Cheplick, 22, was driving his black Infiniti sport utility vehicle westbound on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard about 6:45 p.m. when he crashed into the building at 610 Sir Francis Drake Blvd., police said. The crash broke a window and planter box.

Cheplick was taken to Marin General Hospital by ambulance and was treated for his injuries and released. Later, he was booked at the Marin County Jail for suspected DUI.
