San Rafael City Council approved $66,543.80 to conduct four DUI/Driver’s license “Sobriety Checkpoint” enforcement operations using the funds provided by OTS during the months of October 2008 through September 2009.
The Police Department will use those funds for overtime personnel costs of traffic sergeants, police officers, police service specialists, dispatchers and administrative personnel.
