The DMV has an amazing ability to mess up paperwork and it is in your best interest to hand deliver your SR-22, proof of enrollment, etc to the DMBV so that they don't "lose" it. There are a ton of horror stories from people who have mailed in info and assume it arrived and then it dissapeared and they are in trouble.
